COLNAGO C35 WITH JAM BLOCKING INNER TUBING - TECHNICAL HELP

MY C35 HAS INNER TUBING INSIDE THE FRAME FOR THE CABLES.
THE TUBING THAT LEADS TO THE FRONT DERAILLEUR HAS JAM AND BLOCKED.
THE AREA APPEARS TO BE RIGHT ABOVE THE BB AREA ( BB IS GLUED BY THE FACTORY AND CANNOT BE LOOSEN ).

PLEASE HELP AND GIVE ADVISE FOR THE FIX.

Post pictures of BOTH the bike + the affected area(s) on the frame.

Instead of trying to run the derailleur cable through the inner guide tube, try to run a stiffer solid wire (not twisted strands) from both ends/frame openings.

If it really is blocked internally by glue or excess carbon resin or whatever, return the frame as defective.
