For the last two weeks I havent been able to send the community bulletin, as its timed out each time and only about 300 people have received it.
For those that are wondering why it hasn't been sent out, I decided not to try it again as it would cause some people to receive it twice, which isnt ideal.
Maybe i'll have more luck next week!
