Certainly a lot more vehicles pull out in front of you when you are
going 10km/h faster than usual. Bloody recycling truck pulled out
just as the flat started turning into a climb. Barely noticed the
climb as I sat behind possibly drafting, possibly just being carried
along by the tailwind.

Ah, the joys of a tailwind AND drafting. There's nothing quite like a near effortless 50kph on the flat. It certainly gets the attention of other road users 🙂
