cone wrench sizes for 2002 XTR FH-952

i can't seem to find the cone wrench sizes needed to pull the hub apart anywherre on line. even
tried the Shimano Europe site.

i think it's a 16mm for the lock nuts and a 15mm for the cones but i need to be sure.
