a) Teflon has not been shown to offer any particular benefits as a
metal-metal lubricant.
b) Teflon is not very hard and will be worn away quickly with the small
contact surfaces of a bike chain.
I'd stick to a plain steel chain and liquid lubricant (oil/Finish Line
Cross Country/whatever). Yes, it's messy, but it protects the chain
from rust and the oil gets where it's needed.
