Hi All,

I have heard that you can convert older campy rear hubs to cartridge
bearings .

I have a 1995 veloce screwon rear hub, I hear that the donor parts
(bearings, cones...) come from a suntor surperb pro (or similar).

Has anyone done this before and do you have any details?

regards

Why would you even want to.

Just lazy :D
- trying to avoid building a wheel with the suntor hub
by swapping the internals to the full campy wheel. As it's my
commute bike the cartridge bearings better wet weather option.

Although 7sp is heaps for a commute bike - I'm starting to think
that keeping it on the road is a PITA - an upgrade to a newer
drivetrain would be easier
