Correction ...this was supposed to be 1 1/2 cups of buttermilk. I never use a recipe when I make them anymore , I just go by feel and how thick the batter is , if its comes out to thin , increase the flour. Good Cooking Todd Plain Good Old Fasion Flap Jacks 3 cups All purpose flour 2 eggs 1/8 cup oil 1 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 Tbsp baking powder 1 tsp Vanilla extract (optional) pinch salt Sift together all dry ingriedents , set aside , Combine eggs, oil , vanilla and buttermilk , Mix dry and wet ingriedents , and whisk till smoth I really doubt I need to give the cooking instructions , I'm sure everyone has made a pancake or two..
