I made the cracker recipe with carbsense bake mix and flax seed meal since I
didn't have any whole seeds. I topped them with sesame seeds and a little
salt.
Note: I needed to add a little more cream to form it into a ball. You must
use the wax paper for roll out or your going to have a mess- loosen both
sides before cutting with a pizza cutter.
they are very good! I can't eat any more than my 1" sample though till I
weigh up the recipe and figure out how many oz it is per serving since I
ended up with 1 inch square crackers. They look like wheat thins! still soft
I'm looking forward to cheese and crackers.
I got the bake mix at a discount-so worth the effort
Atkins says this recipe is OK for induction

found one (net carb 0!)- has anyone else tried this?

it works, the variations are endless with seasoning.--Diane
