I have been given some real cracklins-not those fried pork rinds, and have
been asked to make cracklin corn bread.
I have seen recipes that suggest to soak the cracklins in buttermilk, boil
them in water, and just chop them up and toss them into a batter.
I guess my question is, what is the best and/or what do you prefer?
