It's just a few years since my calves started cramping under hard work. They didn't used to do it
when I was younger. The annoying part is I get no warning. They don't feel fatigued, they just
cramp up on me.
Lately in spinning class, they tend to do it most often when I spin fast (180+ rpm).
Is this just a banana deficiency? What happens to muscles as we get older that would make my calves
more prone to cramping?
