The Veloce crank does not go with a Record BB. The tapers on the spindle are the same,but even if you are using the 111 record or chorus BB it's design is asymetric and not comatible with a veloce crank. However,that has nothing to do with the question you are asking.Go to www.parktool.com and the repair and maintenace section for the complete drill on crank installation. I have no idea what you are actualy saying,but there has to be adequate torque on the crank bolts to properly seat and secure the cranks. If not adequately torqued, they can loosen and hose the crank arms.
