Crankset oppinions?

For a new compact crankset (50x34), I can't decide on a better crankset with a traditional bottom bracket (like the Ritchey compact set or the FSA Energy) or the FSA Gossamer with the integrated bottom bracket. The price is about the same as is the total weight for either set-up. How real is the advantage to the new integrated bottom brackets? Any opinions are appreciated. Thanx.
