Here's a recipe for the easiest biscuits you'll ever make:
Cream Biscuits
2 cups self-rising flour 1 cup whipping cream (not whipped)
Mix together, add a few drops of milk if mixture seems too dry. Turn out on lightly floured board, knead gently two or three times, form into ball and pat dough out to 1/2" thick. Cut with floured 2" biscuit cutter, place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 450 F. for 8-10 min. Decadent and de-lish!
