  1. Crispy Chocolate Squares

1 (10-1/2 oz.) package Miniature Marshmallows 1 cup Peanut
    Butter 1 cup (6-oz.) Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
1/2 cup Butter 2 cups Crisp Rice Cereal 1 cup Salted Peanuts

    Frosting:

    1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
    2/4 cup Butter
3/4 cup Milk 2 cups Powdered Sugar 1 tsp. Vanilla

In a large microwaveable bowl, combine marshmallows, peanut
butter, chocolate chips and butter. Cover and microwave at
high 2-1/2 minutes. Stir until well blended because mixture
will be lumpy. Add cereal and peanuts, stir until well
coated. Spread into 13x9x2" pan or baking dish you have
sprayed with non-stick coating. For frosting, combine
chocolate chips, butter and milk in another bowl, microwave
covered 1-1/2 minutes, mix well. Add powdered sugar and
vanilla, with electric mixer, beat frosting until smooth.
Spread over cereal mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 2
hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

Yield: 4 dozen small squares, or if your like our family,
you just cut yourself out a hunk.
