Critical Power ratings

I've been playing around with Coggan's power profile charts, and can't find the reference that correlates it to the categories. eg. Untrained= citizen/cat 5, moderate= cat 4, etc. I've been improving my weakest sections fairly well over the past couple of months, but I just want to know how it compares.

I believe that AC got rid of the category ratings (i.e., cat 3, 2 etc) as it was not meant to be used in that way.

What is the relationship between power ratings and age? Has the relationship even been studied in a meaningful way?
