  1. Crockpot Barbecue Pork Ribs

    4 to 5 pounds bone-in country-style pork ribs 2 teaspoons salt, divided 1 medium sweet type onion,
    peeled, chopped 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed, peeled, minced 1 Tablespoon Butter 1 cup firmly
    packed dark brown sugar 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
    2/2 cup fresh orange juice 1 cup apple butter 1 cup tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon steak sauce of
    choice as: A1 Steak Sauce (optional)
    3/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    4/2 to 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

    Cut ribs apart and trim, sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt evenly over ribs, and set aside. Turn 5 Qt.
    crockpot on high. Add butter. Add onion and cook about 7 minutes. Add garlic. Stir in well. Add ribs
    to cooker. Stir together remaining salt and rest of ingredients until blended. Pour mixture over
    them. Cover and cook at HIGH for 6 - 7 hours. Turn from time to time.

    Note: Ribs can be cooked in the oven at 350 Degrees F. for 3 or 4 hours. Add water as needed. Enjoy!
