What would you all say is best for crosstraining? I found stairclimbing to be very beneficial, as it helps you with sprints and hill climbing

I run some in the winter to prepare for cyclocross. that's about it though. And some strength/core work. Cycling is definitely the best way to be a better cyclist. I also do some kayaking, which is more brain cross-training than body-teaches you to enjoy fear as well as cycling does pain!

i did speedskating last winter it was fun and very helpful in my cycling. I won many early season races without hardly riding a bike. And i got 4th in the speedskating nationals after only 4months of skating.
