The sheer number of these ludicrous facilities all over the country
really has to get sorted out, with properly qualified/experienced
cyclists having to approve them. Perhaps I'll rig a vote for Boris -
I'm sure he'll want it sorted in London, and what happens there might
eventually happen elsewhere.

If nothing else, if Boris becomes mayor it'll give the rest of the
country something to laugh about
