Did my first session last night after testing and setting up.
Rode a route in my old stomping grounds where I use to live 22 years ago in South Africa and it was great. Even had me on the correct side of the road for a different country. (They ride on the left side) Hills were fairly accurate after a bit of smoothing, very realistic riding in Google Earth. Next have to get the GoPro out and video some routes here in North Carolina.
Learn't a lot from this trainer, get power up about 15 - 20W by pedaling right and my sustained power is right around a cadence of 100, telling me to shake my bad habits on the road.
Laptop, big screen TV and loud music, was a great 2 1/2 hour recovery ride.
Powertap tells me 1700 calories, Strava 1,300 have to figure out the difference, but a powermeter normally tells the truth.
