Cycling and Happiness



Cycling helps me cope with major depressive disorder. When I ride, I experience only good thoughts and pleasure.So I guess that cycling and happiness are connected :)

Doctors do often recommend cycling or any form of exercise to people suffering from depression as it releases chemicals in the brain that helps deal with your down and depressed feelings.

By the way I'm not just being an amateur doctor here, I suffered with depression myself a few years ago now, so I'm speaking from experience.
