The bicycle lift looks interesting.
The lights have their uses in that the front light is naff (drains batteries
very quicly) but the rear one is very bright & long-lasting.
Running belt could be useful for carrying drinks when on the 'bent.
The clothing is basic, but good value. Eminently washable.
The 'cycling top' looks to be the basic windproof front base layer and I
find these *excellent*
