    Hello Everyone,
    As all of us know that cycling is low impact activity which is considered as a very good exercise. But many of us are not aware of the fact that it's good for arthritis also. It makes your heart pumping for much needed aerobics. It regulars your daily activity with minimal pain. Joint flexibility is much important for arthritis, it helps in keeping it. It also rejuvenates your healthy muscle tissues which is good for the joints.

    it also prevents or help people with diabetes, high blood pressure, clinical depression and many other diseases i guess
