Lake makes wide versions of some of their shoes that are actually wide. They're hard to find, but sometimes discounted at Nashbar. Don't bother with Sidi Mega's, they're more narrow than most regular sizes. Northwaves are pretty wide. Bont makes wide versions that are shaped like a foot, but $$$.

Hi all I have wide feet and had touble finding shoes that fitted until I stumbled across Northwave had to go a size up from usual size and they fit perfectly I have two pairs now and had no problems in over a year and also very good quality
