My GF and I are thinking of going cycling the region for about 10 days in early august. We are on a tight budget and will be driving our own vehicle. We were planning on sleeping at campsites to cut cost. Since we will have our car we obviously do need to come back to our original destination.

We will be driving down from Switzerland maybe making a Stop in Milan.

We were thinking of starting from Nice, France, and working our way up the Italian Riviera all the way to Florence stopping along the way.

Up to now we are planning on spending full days visiting, Nice, Monaco, Cinque Terre, Genoa, and Florence.

So that leaves 5 days open to bike the region.

We will have Road bikes,

we do not know the region and are open to suggestions on Cycling routes and places to visit.

we are in our early 20's and were hoping to do from 50-100km in a day of cycling.

Thanks
