Well, to keep things simple, I recently reignited my love for cycling and set myself a challange to cycle to scotland sometime at the end of the cycling season next year. The trip would take a few days covering over 350miles.

I was wondering what advise you could give me into combining the training for the ride whilst undergoing weighttraining to put on that extra mass i want and to tell me if its possible to combine a good cardio routine with a body building routine without sacrificing muscle or hitting a wall where i can no longer put muscle on.
I am well aware that extra muscle means extra weight but im not trying to beat a record and time and speed arnt an issue.
