Another link, extremely useful if you intend to cycle through the northern half of Belgium (Flanders, with cities such as Bruges, Ghent, Brussels, Leuven, Antwerp, Hasselt, Mechelen and Ypres) and the very southern part of the Netherlands (Zeeland, Brabant, Limburg with cities such as Middelburg, Breda, Tilburg and Maastricht) : Fietsnet: de Routeplanner voor Fietsers!
It's a route planner for cyclists, you can print the pages and on the road all you have to do is cycle and watch out for the signposts with numbers of junctions (= 'knooppunten' in dutch, 'noeuds' in french), indicating if you have to go left, or right or straight forward. It's unbelievable, life of a touring cyclist can be that easy. The system is still growing and is now being inplementated in other parts of the Netherlands.
