Dave Ornee asked me what's going on with cyclingforums. He
and some other people have found that they can read, but not
post from there. It's just a matter of begging to be
reinstated and waiting a day or two.
Here's part of what I just sent Dave:
Log in to cyclingforums as usual and go to the User CP up on
the blue options bar:
http://www.cyclingforums.com/usercp.php?
Way down on the lower left is "group membership"
They changed their policy, so everyone has to follow the
prompts and submit a request to be given privileges.
Their suggestion is to give "I'm a regular" as your reason
for wanting to be able to post.
I did it and my account was re-enabled in two days.
