Teenager killed crossing highway

A teenage boy has died after being struck by a car in Sydney's south.
The 13-year-old was pushing a bicycle across the Princes Highway at Heathcote when he was struck by a car about 5.45pm (AEST) on Wednesday, police said.
He died a short time later at Sutherland Hospital.
The driver of the car, a 32-year-old Wollongong man, has spoken with investigators.

very sad... just today, in eastwood, a driver almost wiped out a pedestrian on a crossing... after I had stopped...
the driver wasn't even daydreaming... he was cursing under his breath complaining the pedestrian wasn't running..
im not sure if anyone noticed the footage
but next to the kids bike was a road vest stained in blood
sad that it ended tragically for him
and the angrier fact is that no charges were being laid at the time
