We are doing some leading research into recovery from endurance cycling. We are seeking trained male cyclists to participate in a study that will investigate the potential for heart rate kinetics to predict recovery status. The study will require participants to attend the Deakin University sports science labs on 5 occasions and will involve: VO2 max testing 6 x 40km TTs, and Recovery Interventions (cold-water immersion). Your participation will provide you with valuable information about your endurance capacity and response to recovery. In addition you will be contributing to development of recovery strategies that may be used by elite cyclists in the near future. Please contact Spencer on [email protected] if you are interested in finding out more.
