daughter has bulged disk in neck and herniated disc in lowerback

Can anyone advise me what the varuious options would be to
treat this? She goes through a lot of backpain (and has
other physical problems as well, endymetrioses, bad teeth
(and lost some hearing because of one gone terribly bad)
etc. Low insurance... finally.... (She is gorgeous and a
fighter but life is hell, single momma, making ends meet
each day, trying to go to school, having to apply for
foodstamps time and again... and 1000 miles away from her
daddy and 7000 miles away from her momma)
