Anyone out there with a Dawes Sardar, and would like to share their thoughts on its quality.
I'm looking for a 26" wheel tourer, and this seems to fit the bill. Thorn, Roberts et al seem
prohibitively expensive at this stage. Alternative maybe an Orbit Caraway, so I'd appreciate
comments on this too.

had =A3650 to spend on a new touring bike, it would *very* probably be a =
Sardar. They seem to have thought about it and put a nice package=20 together, the 26" wheels are a
good way to go as is the compact frame=20 IMHO. Componentry seems good, and it's fitted for touring.
Looks nice=20 to me.
