Defrosting a Pie?

  1. My evil step-monster (family joke, she's actually a sweetie!) gave me a blackberry pie at Christmas.
    Given all the food we had around at the time, I chose to freeze it -- now I've got some Breyer's
    Natural Vanilla ice cream, what's the best way to defrost/reheat the pie without ruining the crust?

    Mmmmm.... Bryers natural....

    I've just set my pie out on the counter, maybe with a little saran wrap over it lightly to keep it
    from drying out completely.
