I'm thinking of adding a rack and bag to my Specialized Hardrock for carrying warmer clothes and more snacks as the weather gets cold around here. I'm considering adding either the Delta Quick Bag and Post Haste rack or a Topeak MTX Trunk Bag and Beam rack and would like to hear some opinions on either one. TIA

I have an older Topeak rack with a QR mount and it basically stays in place but I've had to shim, etc. to minimize the rotating on the seatpost when the bag has some weight in it. I do love their bags however and the fold out panniers on mine. I have also had good success with their customer service for getting extra mounting brackets for my hdb bag, rain covers, etc. Unless you have a suspension issue, maybe consider a more stable and versital fixed rack for the back which generally isn't that much more work to remove for the season you don't need or want it.
I haven't seen the Delta products.
