What is the depression - heart disease link? Is it high levels of
cortisol or other stress related hormones?
Does treating the depression address the heart disease risk factor?
Would a consulation with an endocrinologist be adivsed for heart disease
patients with a history of major depression?
    Thansk for the ponderance.
