The rear derailleur hanger on my new Orbia frame is bent inward (don't ask). Should I take it to my LBS to bend it back in place to proper allignment, or would it be better to get a new one. If so, how much do they generally cost?

It sounds like you have a "replaceable" derailleur hanger. If so, get a new one.
They are about $10.00.
