Everything is pretty close between the 2 except for the I.F. where the zero averaging file is much closer to WKO so that's the mode I'm going to leave it at.
As to what caused the problem in the first place, because I changed the firmware BEFORE I did this test I can't say with certainty but I believe the firmware was the culprit because the I.F. was so far off.
