I would after looking and planning a bit in a hurry - we are lieving for cornwall this comming
saturday - and i would like to have opinions about this route-alternatives, and would like to know
if they are very "hillary or cliffery": and we also want to know how far we can walk during an
ordenary walkingdistance for a day, for instanse from penzance and to ...... in a day? walking for
about 4 -6 hours?
alternative1:
take the train to penzance - stay there till the next day, and bus to lizard - and passing the area
and along that coast, then to penzance and over to st.ives - then to truro and back to heathrow and
the reallyties at work.
alternative 2: start from falmouth walk to lizard - st. michaels mount area - have a look at helston
to penzance and the st.ives up to hayle (???) and to truro and back
altern 3: from looe to falmouth or vice versa take bus to lizard and walk towards penzance and
follow alternative one - the rest of the time.
what is a MUST to see, and is it better to have to places to live and travel out from there on dayly
trips? can we walk from falmouth to lizard in one day? can we walk from penzance to st. ives in one
day? from lizard to st.michals mount in one day? we will walk for 5-6 days. We will be very happy
for an answer here.
