I see Danilo Di Luca has been cleared by the UCI to commence racing again. He paid a balance of a fine and has been allowed back. (Liquigas results got me thinking about their former and current riders). http://www.google.com/hostednews/afp/article/ALeqM5ien3LC5xhuKFtxqRuQl2ObR3w-xw?docId=CNG.df058ce542262e26af1cc9971727b4d8.f91

Di Luca was cleared by CONI and was free to race back in October of last year but with the UCI being what it is and the amount of time it takes for their ceremonial p1ssing contest, it took them until the start of last month to annouce that he could race with Katusha.
