Should I worry? It is the top bar on a Cannondale Saeco Racing Bike. Will this weaken the bar enough to be a danger? 😕

I have a little ding like that on my frame too (Cannondale CAAD5 in Saeco colours), about mid-way on the top tube.
This happened when I just got my frame, and it's been fine since, well except for not looking perfect.. I don't think the top tube is stressed very much anyway; the tube walls in the middle of the top tube are very thin.

I also had that to mine also about three years ago, I sanded it, filled it with bog and painted it and could not tell a difference! - r4000
