  1. 1/2 pound of mostaccioli, cooked
3.5 cups (or so)of homemade chunky marinara sauce (onions, green peppers
    and zuchinni)
    4 oz. mozzarella, cubed small-ish
    1/2 cup grated parmesan
a cup of chopped up pepperoni
1 cup small curd cottage cheese (should have been ricotta, but I don't
    have any)

cook pasta and mix it with half of the sauce, and half of the parmesan.
put half the pasta mixture in an 8x8 baking pan or equivilant, layer
with the cottage cheese and half of the pepperoni, half of the remaining
sauce, and half of the cubed mozzarella. put in the rest of the pasta
mixture, top with the rest of the sauce, the pepperoni, and the
remaining cheese. bake covered for a half hour at 350 F, then uncover
    for another 15 minutes.
Yum! Ellie liked this, but she picked out the zuchinni (that she asked
me to put in because she "likes zuchinni". heh.)
