  1. A definite "Do It Again!" meal. I bought a pre-cooked Rotisseried half
    duck:

I heated it on the grill per the package directions (may also be done in the
oven). 10 minutes over medium coals, indirect heat, skin-side down, then
turned and another 10 minutes. Over the hot ashy hot coals I grilled two
small yellow squash and a zucchini. I simply split them down the middle and
brushed them with olive oil and sprinkled lightly with salt & pepper, 10
minutes each side, until nicely browned.

Uncle Ben's (gasp!) makes a grain medly consisting of brown rice, barley and
lentils seasoned with the ubiquitous "herbs and spices". It was a nice
accompaniment to the duck and squash.

I think I've seen something like that at Schnucks on Truse. Don't know
if it was mapleleaffarms. Sounds delish.
