4 small pork sausage links, pan fried until cooked through. 2 scrambled
eggs with grated English cheddar over the top and salt, pepper. Spooned
over two well toasted English muffins (which we all know aren't 'English'😉.
A tall glass of (yep!) skim milk. A very satisfying breakfast for dinner on
Sunday evening 🙂

We do that too. Since neither of us eat breakfast, a hearty breakfast
for dinner really hits the spot occasionally. And it could be any hearty
breakfast that I'm familiar with.

At least I'm not the only one that sometimes has "breakfast" for dinner.
