  1. Dear fellow bodybuilders,

I recently got a dipping belt from Amazon. I tried it with a 12.5 pound
weight. What a difference! I'm thinking about getting a 50 pound
standard weight. Can a dip belt handle that much? The belt I got is
made by www.prowriststraps.com (There's a great picture of Ronnie
Coleman there). Also, this is a strange question, but could it handle
    two 50 pounders?

    Any advice is appreciated.

My dip belt is nylon. I've had it for many years, and it still looks
new. I just did dips with three 45s and have done so many times
before. No problem. I imagine it could hold two or three more.
