Discontinued Rapid 0 vs. Rapid 1: Same bike?

I'm going for my first flat bar road bike to get back in cycling. At 6'4" I've got some challenges, but I've narrowed my choices and I'm high on Giant's discontinued Rapid 0. Looking at the geometry and components isn't the 2010 Rapid 0 essentially the 2011 Rapid 1?
Pricing on the Rapid 0 hasn't moved down much, still at $1000 if you can find a used one. The Rapid 1 is at the same price point now and seems to be the same bike. Am I missing anything here? Thanks!

Lots of differences. Differences in material, some minor differences in components, and different wheels. Look at the side by side comparrison in the link.
