Hi I'm a little concerned about this issue. I had knee surgery about 5 years ago one for meniscus and the other for ligaments both on the same knee. Now I'm suffering from lumbar pains. And X-rays revealed some wear (or begining of wear) on a pair of lumbar vertebrae.
I've always been told that bycicling is good for the knee (I take it as a sport not racing), I do both Mountain bike and now a little less race bike.
So what are common diseases and injuries related with cycling?
