  1. I've been to 6 doctors, with the best diagnosis being herpes, which I'm pretty sure I don't have.

A year ago I get a bad sore throat on the right side of my throat only, I felt fine, just many
circular open sores in the back of my throat that were very painful. Over the next year I notice
clear oval patches on my tongue every once in a while, and the sores on the side of my throat are
much better, but always slightly noticeable (scars?). The oval patches aren't painful, don't even
look like sores so much as just oval patches on my tongue. 3 weeks ago it burns when I pee and I
    notice a slight white patch

it's irritation from her undiagnosed yeast infection, so the burning may not be related. The burning
lasts less than a week and was accompanied by very slight milky/clear discharge. Now I'm noticing
cracks or small fissures in my tongue, and an oval sore has appeared at the front of my tongue - not
painful, not even very noticeable, and just like other ones Ive had. The really worrisome part is
that yesterday I noticed 2 very distinct small oval sores on the shaft of my penis that look
somewhat like the ones on my tongue except they're on dry skin now. I hesitate to call them sores
because it looks like a shiny patch of skin thats a different shade than the surrounding skin, with
    distinct borders.

I've been tested for chlamydia, gonorhea, aids, herpes, mononucleosis, some other bacteria,
syphilis, and probably some other stuff I can't remember, all negative. Doctors seem to be useless
as most won't even guess at what it could be, I'm waiting to see a specialist, but in the meantime
I'm wondering if anyone here is aware of any conditions I could research and compare against my
symptoms? It almost seems like it's all caused by an initial infection in the back of my throat
that is still sitting there causing symptoms in my tongue and now transmitted to my penis through
    kissing and

    Please?

Makes me think of Reiter's syndrome. Have you had any joint swelling, joint pain, or eye symptoms?

Not at all, muscle twitch in my eye that's really annoying, but that seems normal (last year it
    was my foot).

There are a number of options for further work-up. See an ENT to biopsy your oral lesions, a
dermatologist to biopsy your genital lesion, or a rheumatologist to try to fit all the
    pieces together.
