Had a small problem with xpedia where they sent me the wrong seatpost and then it took a couple of days to get sorted because they were a bit slow to respond, but I wouldn't hold it as a major issue against them.
Otherwise, they all served me well, and that includes purchases ranging from a wheelset to a saddle to a helmet.
Just don't expect amazon-like standards of customer service.
