Does anyone know what happened to David Duffield?

I think his age, and the associated health problems, is the official reason why he's no longer there. He occassionally phones in to talk though. Can't say I care for his "commentary" myself, at least Mike Smith gifts us a slightly lower degree of lunacy in his comments. David Harmon's pretty good though, they should use him more.
