Hey! I've just completed my third conqueror Challenge and got my Amazon medal (as below), so I was wondering if anyone else collects these medals? Do they help you, or do you just like the look of them?

I don't do any challenges, strava garmin relive etc. But if it motivates you, go for it.

I have done challenge type rides. 62 miler with medals to first 100 riders in. I rode solo, 62 miles with a 19.6 average speed. I'm the big orange pumpkin

Also, timed climbing events. 112 miles with 12 000 ft of climbing. The jersey is earned. Only get it if you complete the ride. Out of thousands of riders in Southern California I've only seen about 10 on other riders over the years.

This one is mine. :D

Incredible!

I maintain around the same speed in the flats whenever I get the chance during my long rides. But for me to hold that speed in my commuter bike, I have to generate the same average w/kg TdF racers roughly do the entire race stage! At least according to Strava anyway without a power meter.

It's no easy effort for me. I'm in a little bit of pain and have to put some effort in breathing, somewhere between Zone 2 and Zone 3. Definitely race pace for me and is really hard. I'd probably be a little faster with proper equipment.

Not that specific format no .
Do personal challenges , time every ride ect. Leave town for a riding "challenge" once a month or so. Just got back from one.
