Can anyone suggest some warm tights for a man of generous proportions in the waist department : 39" waist but only 29" legs.

my rule is "black bits on the fat bits"

black is slimming, it's true

also, although they take a little getting used to, bibs smooth out the gut a bit better than shorts.
